Food Stalls
STALL SIZES:
12ft (3m) wide x 12ft (3m) deep Marquee Size approx.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
You can pay Cash , Money Order, Cheque or phone for eftpos.
All Cheques should be addressed to: MDLC - Artisan Market.
On the back of the cheque, clearly mark you name & address.
Once you have paid, you will be allocated a stall number.
No money will be excepted on the day of the market.

You will be notified via email of your stall number and please read the Rules and Regs.
PARKING FOR STALL HOLDERS:
All Stallholders will be required to park over the Railway line in the Station/Shopping Car Park and walk through to the market or in the FTG Station paddock car park, in Station St, next door to the FTG Artisan Market area. Do Not park on the footpath or you will be booked by the Knox Council, it is against the bylaws.
FOOD SAMPLES for our market include:
Dutch Pancakes, BBQ Corn on the Cob, Baked Potatoes, Fruit Slurpees, Local Cheeses, Local Produce, Specialty Food products like Chukneys, Jams, Herbs, Worm farms etc
Please Note: the Food Stalls at this market are only available for Community Groups and Schools Groups.
FOOD STALL COST:
$30 per stall per market.
Paid in advance of each Market Day.
Stall payment info is to the RIGHT and REPEATED on the Stall Information Tab
and Page.
You must first seek approval of your Food or Produce stall from the Market Director Janet, for this Market on 9758 7859.
Only certain Foods and Produce will be accepted. The emphasis on Handmade and Home made foods and Produce will be included in this market.
You and your stall should also have and be able to provide a current Safe Food and Handling License. This must also be on display on your stall.
Public Liability Insurance for your Food stall is also necessary.
There is no power available on site, so if you need power, you will need to provide your own quiet generator, gas etc.
NOTE:
You will need to supply your own tables, chair, marquee and weights. NO PEGS can be used. The ground is asphalt.
No Caravans or Trailers at this market.
You can have the a whole stall yourself or share with a friend, you will need to organise this arrangement. You can be a Permanent or a Casual. But preference will go to Permanent stall holders first.

You will be contacted to let you know if your Food or Produce fits our criteria for a Food Stall.
You will then be invited to have a Food stall at the Ferntree Gully Artisan Market.
Once you have been accepted, you will be contacted to pay your Food stall fee, you will then be allocated a stall number.
This Stall number will be emailed to you.
